Hubbards Beach

Experience an unforgettable day at Hubbards Beach.

A beautiful white sand beach, that is private, sheltered and warm. Hubbards Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches on Nova Scotia's south shore. The summer water temperature averages 70-75 deg F (21-24 deg C). There is ample parking, a picnic area, washrooms, showers and a canteen - perfect for a full day at the beach. Registered campers enjoy free, 'walk on' beach access. For many years, ‘the raft’ has provided a popular platform for sunbathing, and diving into the clear warm water of St. Margaret's Bay. It’s a comfortable swim from the beach.

Hubbards Beach features:

  • Beautiful white sand

  • Warmest water on the South Shore

  • Accessible, with (paid) parking
